What we do
Flexible packaging quotations can look similar while hiding important differences in dimensions, film structure, thickness, printing, closures, testing, setup charges and shipping terms. FlexPack Scout helps buyers define those details, request comparable offers and identify questions that need answers before an order.
Define the brief
We organize product, size, format, barrier, printing, closure, quantity and destination requirements.
Compare manufacturers
We look beyond the headline unit price to MOQ, tooling, samples, lead time, quality controls and trade terms.
What we are—and are not
FlexPack Scout is an independent sourcing and coordination service. We are not a packaging manufacturer, accredited laboratory, customs broker or regulatory adviser. Manufacturers remain responsible for their production and representations. Buyers and importers remain responsible for approving specifications, artwork, samples, contracts and legal suitability in the destination market.
How we approach supplier checks
- Ask whether printing, lamination and bag making are completed in-house.
- Request business details and relevant documentation for the proposed material.
- Compare samples, production lead times and inspection options.
- Separate unit price from tooling, freight and other one-time charges.
- Keep final approvals and payments documented on the agreed trade platform or contract.
