Nature of the service
FlexPack Scout provides packaging-sourcing information and coordination. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, we are not the manufacturer, seller of record, importer, customs broker, inspection laboratory, certification body or legal adviser.
Quotes and availability
Prices, minimum order quantities, lead times, freight estimates and material availability can change. A preliminary quotation is not a binding offer. Buyers should confirm the final specification, Incoterm, payment schedule, tooling ownership, tolerances, inspection terms and delivery obligations in a written order or contract.
Buyer responsibilities
- Provide accurate product, destination and performance requirements.
- Approve artwork, dimensions, film structure, samples and production tolerances.
- Verify food-contact, labeling, environmental, import and other legal requirements with qualified advisers.
- Perform appropriate due diligence before paying a supplier.
- Inspect goods and report issues within the agreed contractual period.
Supplier information
We may request documents, samples or statements from manufacturers, but we cannot guarantee that every third-party representation is complete, current or authentic. A supplier introduction or document review is not a warranty, certification or substitute for independent inspection and testing.
Intellectual property
The FlexPack Scout name, site design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for your internal purchasing research, but may not republish substantial portions without permission. You confirm that you have the right to share artwork and files you submit.
Limitation and availability
The website and general information are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, FlexPack Scout is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on website information, supplier conduct, production defects, delays, regulatory decisions or shipping events. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
